THINGS YOU WILL NEED

Carrots
Knife
Bowl
Chopping block
freezer bags or foodsaver bags

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash carrots so that all dirt is off. Peel off skins and remove carrot top
Slice carrots into 1/4 slices and place in bowl
Fill freezer bags in 1 of 2 cup portions
Freeze
